Our FREE annual "Elevation" conference is open to youth preparing to age out and that have already aged out of the Central Florida foster care system between the ages of 16-24. Thanks to our sponsorship it is hosted every year at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lake Buena Vista. 

Foundation for Foster children is our educational partner offering several workshops teaching valuable lifeskill to our youth focusing on areas of personal finance, communication in the workplace, goal setting, interview coaching, the importance of healthy credit and much more.

In addition to that breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day will be provided.  There will also be a on the spot resume service, free professional headshots and Graduation photos, pop-up dress shop, Over a thousand dollars in Scholarships, a "Dress for Success" fashion show, Special Guests, Motivational Speakers, Live Entertainment and so much more.

To make it fun and keep our youth engaged there will be several games and prizes throughout the day.  

The goal of this jam-packed inspirational conference is to educate, encourage and empower our transitioning youth to finish high-school and continue their education goals and also to give them a realistic and inspirational picture of what it looks like to live an independent and successful life.
